Job description
Encompass Health is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will provide specialized, patient-centered nursing care to adults recovering from illness, injury, or surgery. Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, medication administration, wound and IV care, and active participation in interdisciplinary care planning. You will support safe mobility and rehabilitation goals, educate patients and families, and ensure meticulous documentation.
