Job description
Encompass Health seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide specialized, patient-centered care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will assess, plan, and deliver evidence-based nursing care to adults recovering from illness, injury, or surgery, supporting safe, goal-driven rehabilitation. You will coordinate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and maintain accurate EMR documentation.
