Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver specialized care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will perform thorough assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to support optimal recovery. Responsibilities include medication administration, wound care, patient and family education, and accurate EMR documentation.
