Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver specialized nursing care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans, coordinate interdisciplinary rehab services, administer medications, and educate patients and families on recovery and self‑management.
