Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. You will deliver specialized, evidence-based nursing care, coordinate interdisciplinary treatment plans, and support patient-centric rehab goals. Responsibilities include assessment, medication administration, wound care, patient and family education, and discharge planning. You’ll collaborate closely with therapists and physicians to optimize recovery outcomes.
