Job description
Cardinal Hill Rehabilitation Hospital, part of Encompass Health in Lexington, KY, seeks a Registered Nurse for our inpatient rehab unit. You’ll deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care for individuals recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, and other complex conditions. Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, care planning, medication administration, wound and IV care, and patient/family education. Work closely with an interdisciplinary team in a mission-driven, collaborative environment that supports continuous learning, clinical growth, and quality outcomes.
