Job description
Cardinal Hill Rehabilitation Hospital, part of Encompass Health, seeks a Night Shift Registered Nurse to provide holistic, evidence-based care to adult rehabilitation patients. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for patients recovering from stroke, brain or spinal cord injury, and complex medical conditions. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, administer medications, monitor vitals, educate patients and families, and document accurately.
