Job description
Encompass Health seeks an Inpatient Rehabilitation RN for day shift to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a specialized rehab hospital setting. The RN will coordinate and provide bedside nursing care for patients recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, complex orthopedic conditions, and other serious illnesses. Responsibilities include patient assessments, care planning, medication administration, wound care, and discharge preparation. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, support safe mobility and ADLs, and contribute to quality, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.
