Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Speech Pathologist for our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this inpatient rehab role, you will evaluate and treat adults with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders resulting from injury or illness. You will design and deliver individualized, evidence-based treatment plans, provide education to patients and families, and document progress using EMR. Collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary care team, you’ll support patient-centered rehabilitation in a nurturing, dynamic environment with opportunities for career growth and professional development.
