Job description
Encompass Health seeks a Therapy Program Coordinator (RN) to lead and coordinate therapy services within our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will oversee interdisciplinary therapy plans, collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists, and ensure high-quality, patient-centered rehab care. You will monitor clinical outcomes, support staff education, and promote compliance with regulatory and safety standards. The ideal candidate is a Registered Nurse with strong rehab or acute care experience, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a passion for helping patients regain independence in a supportive, dynamic environment.
