Job description
Encompass Health seeks a Therapy Clinical Coordinator (RN) to lead and coordinate therapy services within our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized rehab plans, ensuring safe, evidence-based, and patient-centered care. Responsibilities include supervising therapy workflows, monitoring clinical quality, supporting staff education, and promoting regulatory compliance.
