Job description
Encompass Health seeks a Therapy Services Manager to lead interdisciplinary rehab therapy services within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this leadership role, you will oversee physical, occupational, and speech therapy teams to ensure high-quality, patient-centered rehabilitation in our inpatient setting. Responsibilities include staff supervision, scheduling, performance improvement, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with nursing and medical staff. You will champion evidence-based practice, mentor clinicians, support program development, and help cultivate a nurturing, dynamic, and rewarding environment focused on exceptional patient outcomes and career growth.
