Job description
Encompass Health seeks a Therapy Team Leader to guide an interdisciplinary therapy team in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this leadership role, you will coordinate physical, occupational, and speech therapy services, oversee patient treatment plans, support evidence‑based, patient‑centered rehab, and mentor staff.
