Job description
Join Encompass Health as a Therapy Team Leader in our Healthcare & Medical Services department. You will supervise an interdisciplinary therapy team, coordinate individualized rehab plans, and ensure high-quality, patient-centered care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Partner with nursing and medical staff to optimize outcomes, mentor and develop therapists, manage caseloads and schedules, support documentation and compliance, and promote a safe, nurturing, and dynamic work environment with clear paths for professional growth.
