Job description
Encompass Health seeks a Therapy Team Leader to guide an interdisciplinary rehab therapy team within our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this leadership role, you will coordinate physical, occupational, and speech therapy services, oversee caseloads, mentor therapists, and ensure evidence‑based, patient‑centered care plans.
