Job description
Boston Medical Center is seeking a Manager of Respiratory Therapy to lead the department on the Boston campus. You will partner with Medical Directors, drive operational excellence, and shape policy while ensuring top‑tier patient care.
You will supervise staff, coordinate schedules, implement QA, and guide staff education to maintain clinical standards. A degree in respiratory care with licensure and leadership experience is required.
