Job description
LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC seeks a Registered Nurse for an inpatient medicine setting, responsible for assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for acutely ill adults. You'll work with a multidisciplinary team to prioritize needs and uphold safety and standards.
You will develop care plans, educate patients and families, and participate in activities promoting quality, regulatory compliance, and patient-centered care.
