Job description
Northwestern Medicine is seeking an Inpatient Staff Nurse for the Kishwaukee unit. The RN will deliver high-quality, evidence-based care, perform comprehensive assessments, educate patients and families, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective discharge planning.
The role requires a BSN, IL RN license, and BLS certification; ADN may be acceptable with commitment to BSN within three years. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.
