Job description
Baptist Health is seeking a Registered Nurse, Case Manager for Baptist Medical Jacksonville - Downtown campus. This full-time day shift role is in the In-Patient Case Management Department, downtown Jacksonville.
Responsibilities include coordinating care for hospitalized patients, performing high-risk screenings, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Requires 1 year of case management experience and Florida RN licensure.
