Compassus is seeking an Inpatient Unit (IPU) Registered Nurse Case Manager to coordinate clinical, psycho-social, and spiritual care through the IDT, ensuring comfort and optimal outcomes for patients and families.
The role requires nursing licensure and a nursing degree, with preferred hospice/home health experience and ability to work a flexible schedule including after-hours on-call support.
