Job description
Loyola Medicine is seeking a Full Time Inpatient RN Case Manager on the Day Shift, weekday shifts with minimal weekend and holiday requirements. You will collaborate with physicians, staff, and payers to ensure safe, efficient discharge planning and continuity of care for hospitalized patients.
