Job description
Sentara Norfolk General Hospital in Norfolk, VA is hiring an Inpatient Case Manager RN for Part‑Time Weekend Dayshift. This onsite role focuses on care management and patient transitions to appropriate levels of care.
You will collaborate with the healthcare team to manage LOS, develop care plans, and support discharge planning. Requires RN license in VA/NC, BLS within 90 days, ACM/CCM certification within 1 year; a $10,000 sign-on bonus is available for qualified candidates.
