Job description
Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to coordinate patient care across inpatient and outpatient settings. The RN will assess patients, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate responses to care within the BSWH practice model.
Applicants should have an accredited nursing program background, active RN license, and at least 1 year of hospital RN experience, with BLS available within 30 days of hire.
