Job description
Northwestern Medicine is seeking a Staff Nurse Inpatient to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for acutely ill patients. The nurse will coordinate care, collaborate with families and the health team, and participate in governance and unit projects.
The role requires a BSN, active IL RN license, and BLS certification, with strong interpersonal, collaboration, and analytical skills. ICU/ER experience is a plus; commitment to evidence-based practice is expected.
