Job description
A rewarding opportunity is available for a skilled pharmacist to contribute to inpatient hospital care, ensuring safe and effective medication use for patients. This role focuses on inpatient pharmacy services within a hospital setting, providing critical support to healthcare teams and enhancing patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
Accurately dispense and verify inpatient medications
Review and interpret prescriptions and medication orders
Collaborate with medical staff to optimize pharmacotherapy plans
Provide medication counseling and education to patients and healthcare professionals
Monitor patient responses and report any adverse drug reactions
Maintain accurate records in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards
Participate in pharmacy rounds and multidisciplinary team meetings
Qualifications/Desired Experience
Current and unrestricted pharmacist license
Proven experience as a staff pharmacist in a hospital inpatient setting
Strong knowledge of inpatient pharmacy operations and hospital formularies
Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
Familiarity with electronic health records and pharmacy information systems
