Job description
Join a well-established hospital pharmacy team seeking an experienced Staff Pharmacist to support inpatient medication services. This contract position is based in Okemos, MI, offering a dynamic environment where pharmacy expertise directly impacts patient care.
Responsibilities include verifying and dispensing inpatient medication orders accurately, collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal pharmacotherapy, and maintaining compliance with all regulatory and safety standards. The pharmacist will also provide medication counseling and education to patients and staff as needed.
Key Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Licensed and actively registered as a Pharmacist
Experience in hospital inpatient pharmacy settings
