Job description
UCSF Health in San Francisco seeks a Clinical Staff Pharmacist II to deliver pharmaceutical care across inpatient pharmacy locations. You will obtain medication histories, review and assess profiles, and provide drug information to patients and clinicians.
You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and AP providers to ensure safe, effective therapy, oversee technicians as needed, and contribute to policy and safety initiatives within the Department of Pharmaceutical Services.
