Job description
Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Med Surg in a supportive, community-based hospital setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Educate patients and families on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication use. Promote patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Develop and communicate individualized care plans collaboratively with an interprofessional team, respecting patient preferences and cultural needs. Participate in professional development and foster a healing environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
Nursing diploma/associate's degree required; bachelor’s preferred. RN license necessary; no prior experience required, but less than 2 years experience is preferred. Open to new graduates and experienced nurses. Ability to work safely in a safety-sensitive position. Strong critical thinking, communication, and patient-centered care skills.
