Job description
Rainier Springs, a behavioral health hospital in Vancouver, WA, seeks an Inpatient Therapist to provide evidence-based treatment for adults with mental health and substance use disorders. In this role, you’ll complete assessments, develop individualized treatment and discharge plans, and deliver group, individual, and family therapy in a structured inpatient setting. You’ll collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team in a supportive, patient-centered culture with strong clinical support, supervision, and opportunities for training, licensure advancement, and career growth.
