Job description
Baptist Memorial Rehabilitation Hospital in Germantown, Tennessee, is seeking a Director of Therapy to lead the Therapy Services Department. This full-time role reports to hospital leadership and focuses on program development, staff coaching, and regulatory compliance to maintain CARF accreditation.
The ideal candidate will have Tennessee licensure for PT/OT/ST, at least three years of management experience, CPR certification, and strong communication skills.
