Opportunity:
A well-established health system is seeking an Inpatient Urologist to join its growing program. This employed, full-time role offers a highly desirable 7-on / 7-off block schedule, allowing for excellent work-life balance while practicing in one of Florida's most sought-after coastal regions.

Full-time employed inpatient Urology position
7 on / 7 off block schedule
Join a growing urology program within a well-established health system
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology required
Practice in a thriving coastal community with strong healthcare demand
Compensation: $535,000 annual salary
Value-Based Incentive opportunity
$15,000 welcome bonus
$15,000 relocation allowance
Full malpractice coverage including 5 years of tail coverage
