Job description
hhccareers seeks an Inpatient WOCN APRN to lead assessment and management of complex wounds, ostomies, and continence-related conditions in a hospital setting. You will provide expert consultation across units, implement evidence-based care, and promote optimal patient outcomes.
You will collaborate with hospitalists, surgical teams, nursing staff, and allied disciplines, delivering formal and informal education, supporting onboarding and ongoing competency, and serving as a clinical resource
