Our client, a dynamic player in the business development sector, is seeking a Sales Appointment Setter - Business to Business to join their team. As a Sales Appointment Setter, you will be part of the sales department supporting our Account Executives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a calming presence, and the ability to build rapport quickly, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Outbound Appointment Setter - Business to Business
Location: Springfield, MO
Pay Range: $20.20 per hour + incentives Full to Part time Openings
What's the Job?
Conduct outbound calls to set appointments with potential clients.
Engage with individuals who may not be familiar with our services.
Handle rejection with resilience and maintain a positive attitude.
Meet daily goals of setting appointments to maximize your work hours.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads.
What's Needed? Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
High School diploma or GED required.
Strong verbal communication skills.
Ability to work part-time on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
Proven ability to build trust and rapport over the phone.
