Job Overview
Premier Sims is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Inside/Outside Sales Representative to grow our Southern California market.
This is a 100% commission-only sales position with uncapped earning potential. There is no base salary.
This role combines inside sales, business development, and field-based client consultations. You will engage high-end residential clients, custom home builders, developers, architects, designers, golf facilities, country clubs, and commercial partners to promote and sell custom luxury golf simulators and immersive Audio/Video environments.
The ideal candidate brings strong sales experience, exceptional communication and presentation skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a genuine interest in golf, technology, and luxury lifestyle products.

Premier Sims designs and installs custom luxury golf simulators and mixed-media environments for high-net-worth homeowners, golf communities, builders, developers, and commercial venues.
Our projects routinely range from $50,000 to $250,000+, integrating elite golf technology with premium Audio/Video, automation, custom construction, and architectural design.
This is not transactional sales. This is high-ticket, relationship-driven consulting.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Develop new residential and commercial sales opportunities throughout Southern California
Prospect via phone, email, referrals, networking, social outreach, and B2B relationship development
Follow up with inbound leads and manage prospects throughout the sales cycle
Conduct in-home and on-site client consultations and product presentations
Develop relationships with custom home builders, architects, interior designers, developers, golf professionals, country clubs, and other referral partners
Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline
Negotiate and close high-value custom projects
Maintain accurate sales activity and opportunity tracking within the company CRM
Collaborate with design, estimating, operations, and installation teams to develop tailored client solutions
Provide white-glove customer service throughout the sales process
Attend networking events, golf events, trade shows, and industry functions as needed
Stay current on golf simulator technology, Audio/Video products, and luxury residential trends
Who We're Looking For
You are:
Self-motivated and comfortable working in a commission-only environment
Comfortable with both outbound prospecting and face-to-face sales
Confident selling high-ticket products and services
Polished and professional when working with affluent clientele
Organized, responsive, and consistent with follow-up
Comfortable generating your own leads and developing new business
Skilled at consultative selling and communicating value rather than competing solely on price
Entrepreneurial and capable of managing your territory like a business
Passionate about golf, technology, luxury products, or the custom residential industry
Requirements
Proven sales experience, preferably in outside sales, inside sales, B2B sales, luxury sales, or technical product sales
Strong business development and relationship-building skills
Demonstrated experience generating leads through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and direct prospecting
Excellent negotiation and closing skills
Strong verbal and written communication
Experience managing a sales pipeline and using CRM software
Ability to independently manage a Southern California territory
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
Passion for golf, sports technology, or luxury lifestyle products strongly preferred
Experience in luxury residential construction, golf, Audio/Video, home automation, interior design, architecture, real estate, pools/outdoor living, luxury automobiles, or another high-ticket sales environment is a plus.
Compensation
100% Commission Only
No base salary
Commission paid on closed sales
Projects typically range from $50,000 to $250,000+
Uncapped earning potential

Design, estimating, project management, operations, and installation support provided by Premier Sims
This position is best suited for an experienced, entrepreneurial sales professional who wants compensation directly tied to performance and the opportunity to build a substantial Southern California book of business.
Sales Territory
Southern California, including Orange County, Los Angeles, San Diego, Riverside County, San Bernardino County, and surrounding markets.
