What You'll Do
Communicate with inbound leads and convert prospects into clients to expand our growing customer base
Build and maintain relationships with real estate professionals, converting inbound leads into long-term clients
Develop and execute digital sales programs including targeted advertising, email marketing, and lead generation
Manage transactions through our internal due diligence process
Drive business development efforts — brokerage partnerships, referral relationships, and other growth initiatives
Contribute to promotional program planning and rollout
What We're Looking For
A people person interested in a client-facing role — sales, account management, financial services, or real estate knowledge and experience a plus
A natural ability to connect with people
A genuine desire to commit and grow within a company
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Familiarity with Salesforce or email marketing platforms a plus
