Job description
Reddi’s Inside Sales Representative helps generate revenue by scheduling appointments, following up with existing customers and warm leads, and recommending additional services. This role involves a high volume of phone calls, with a focus on customer relationships and growing sales. This is a full-time, on-site position with some schedule flexibility.

What You’ll Do
Learn Reddi’s services and communicate them clearly.
Make 80–100 calls per day to existing customers, warm leads, and some cold calls.
Schedule appointments for the sales team.
Follow up with past customers, old leads, and missed opportunities.
Recommend additional services when appropriate.
Answer customer questions and build strong relationships.
Track calls, leads, and appointments in the CRM.
Meet goals and manage daily tasks independently.
What We’re Looking For
At least one year of customer service, office, or sales experience.
Phone sales and appointment setting experience a plus.
Strong phone, communication, and customer service skills.
A professional, positive, and goal-oriented attitude.
Good organization, time management, and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently and meet performance goals.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.
