About the Job
We’re hiring aInside Sales Associate to join our growing team inCorona, CA. This is anon‑site sales roleideal for someone who enjoys customer service, outbound calling, cold calling, lead generation, account management, and business development. If you’re motivated, organized, and want a long‑term career in sales, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do (Sales + Customer Service + Lead Generation)
Make daily outbound calls (25–35) to warm and cold leads
Build strong relationships with new and existing customers
Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and recommend solutions
Support key accounts and help maximize ROI
Work with Marketing on sales materials and promotions
Use CRM tools to track calls, follow-ups, and sales activity
Assist customers with orders, pricing, and product questions
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly inside sales goals

What We’re Looking For
1–2 years of experience ininside sales, customer service, call center, or business development
Comfortable making outbound calls and talking with customers
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Able to work full-time in ourCorona, CAoffice
High school diploma or GED
Basic Microsoft Office skills
