nAt SERVPRO Team Wall, our Inside Sales Coordinator (internally referred to as our Residential Account Managers) serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout their restoration journey. From delivering estimates and explaining the process to coordinating with production teams and ensuring an exceptional customer experience, you'll help families navigate one of the most stressful events of their lives.
nThis is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys relationship building, problem solving, project coordination, and helping customers make informed decisions. This is an in-office position, based out of Sparks/Glencoe MD.
nWhat You'll Do
nManage residential restoration and reconstruction opportunities from estimate through project completion
nDeliver and explain estimates to homeowners
nFollow up with customers and help convert opportunities into sold projects
nCoordinate with operations, estimating, construction, insurance adjusters, and accounting
nProvide proactive project updates and exceptional customer communication
nResolve issues quickly while advocating for both the customer and the company
nMaintain accurate documentation within company systems
nBuild long-term relationships that create outstanding customer experiences
