nWe are seeking candidates who are interested in joining our team with the abilities to network, build trust and provide solutions. This role will be tasked with growing existing and emerging accounts including select distribution accounts.

nEssential Job Functions:

nnResponsible for building customer relationships, managing and maintaining existing accounts;

nPrimarily focuses on developing existing accounts for continued relationship maintaining and new opportunity

ndevelopment;

nResponsible for identifying and developing emerging accounts to increase sales;

nMay work to develop select distributors;

nActively develops Inside Sales activity / promotions to introduce new products, discover new contacts and

nopportunities;

nIntroduce and select products based on application needs via phone, emails, web leads, RFQ, Sizing requests, etc;

nProvide customer service regarding price, delivery, RMA coordination and resolve customer complaints;

nProvide technical support such as trouble shooting, writing samples, technical data and information;

nMay visit accounts, based on need, to further qualify, develop and evaluate potential;

nMay attend trade shows, seminars and customer events

nProvide Marketing department for information and feedback from customers;

nMay provide training to employees as required;

nUse CRM daily to record / report customer information in a timely manner;

nContributes to Monthly reports;

nShare market information working with other departments throughout the organization;

nParticipate in Technical Training as related to the Technical Knowledge of products.

nUse CRM as necessary to record customer information in a timely manner.

nPrepare and submit sales reports;

n nnCollateral Duties:

nnMay be required to participate in special marketing projects;

nMay be required to participate in tradeshows and other corporate promotional events;

nMay be responsible to train and work with sales representatives and other third party sales groups;

nPerform other tasks and special projects as needed.

n nnRequirements:

nnBachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university;

n2 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience;

nBasic computer skills required;

nExcellent written and verbal communication skills;

nBSEE or BSME in related field preferred;

nPossess a technical aptitude

nMust have a valid driver's license, automobile in good condition, automobile insurance and ability to drive.
