PositionSummary: The Inside Sales Manager is responsible forsetting goals for the department and overseeing the day-to-dayoperations within the inside sales center.
EssentialDuties and Responsibilities:
Calendar review and staffing for day-to-dayoperations.
Recruit and interviewpotential new hires and leadership roles.
Conduct new hire, veteran agent, and regionalmanager reviews.
Advise training staffand oversee performance of new hires as they exit training.
Identify areas of improvement and implementmeasurable goals for call center staff.
Identify development areas for eachrepresentative and regional manager to ensure they have ameaningful personal development plan.
Periodically review inbound and outbound callsto ensure representatives are using effective problem-solvingskills and following best practices.
Conduct coaching and counseling sessions asneeded.
Conduct one-on-one, team, anddepartment meetings.
Administerdisciplinary actions as needed.
Reviewand approve weekly payroll, time-off requests, and timesheeterrors.
Create and edit territory mapsfor all new and existing markets.
Performs other duties as assigned bysupervisor.
Experienceand Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalentcombination of education, training, and experience.
3+ years of Inside Sales/Call Centermanagement experience.
Ability to analyze andreact to reports to improve KPIs.
Ability to juggle various work activities andshift their attention from one task to another to meet the demandsof different stakeholders without “dropping the ball.”
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced,high-energy, team-oriented environment and have a “roll up yoursleeves” and “win every day” mentality.
Holdoneself accountable and responsible while being self-driven inaccomplishing goals.
Detail-oriented and canfocus on task at hand by finding the most efficient and effectivepathway to completion.
Excellent verbal andwritten communication skills at all levels to communicate withinternal and external stakeholders articulately.
Ability to logically connect ideas, scrutinizeand evaluate arguments, find inconsistencies and errors in work,solve complex problems, and engage in reflection.
Ability to provide timely and empatheticservice through all communication channels keeping peer andcustomer needs first.
Proficiency usingMicrosoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project,and/or Access).
Must be legally authorized towork in country of employment without sponsorship for employmentvisa status (e.G., H1B status).
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities orCertifications:
Experience with large and geographicallydiverse remodeling or construction company.
TravelRequirements:
Lessthan 10% domestic travel required.
Overtime/AdditionalHours Requirements:
Additional hours may be required (exemptpositions).

Normaloffice environment.
Performs indoor work in aclimate-controlled environment.
Sedentary work.Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligibleamount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pullor otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary workinvolves sitting most of the time.
