Role Description The Inside Sales Rep role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chardon, OH. This role is responsible for preparing accurate and timely quotes, following up on inquiries, and supporting the sales team in converting opportunities into orders. Daily activities include managing incoming requests, qualifying leads, maintaining account information, and coordinating with engineering and production teams to ensure pricing and delivery align with customer requirements.
The Inside Sales Rep will regularly communicate with customers to clarify specifications, provide product information, and ensure a positive experience throughout the quoting process. The role also involves tracking opportunities in the CRM system, supporting revenue goals, and contributing to continuous improvement in quoting and sales processes. This position participates in a rotating On-Call schedule with potential bonus program to support time sensitive engineered products, manufactured and shipped as an expedited service.
Qualifications
1+ years of Inside Sales experience, including handling quotes and supporting sales cycles
Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction focus, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
Experience in Lead Generation and follow-up, including qualifying opportunities and nurturing prospects
Account Management skills, including maintaining accurate records, monitoring activity, and supporting long-term customer partnerships
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
1 +years with CRM-Salesforce, Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) ERP-Sage100
Ability to read and interpret basic technical information, drawings, or specifications;
experience in industrial or manufacturing environments
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple requests
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
