About You: You are someone who combines a strong technical foundation in the laboratory with the communication skills and drive to grow in a sales-focused role. You might be a great fit if you are:

Experienced in a technical laboratory setting, preferably with exposure to clinical chemistry workflows, instrumentation, or diagnostics.

Bringing 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in healthcare, diagnostics, laboratory product.

A strong communicator who can explain ideas clearly and confidently.

Naturally curious and eager to understand customer challenges.

Organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Resilient, motivated, and comfortable hearing "not today" while continuing to pursue new opportunities.

An active listener who asks thoughtful questions before offering solutions.

Coachable and excited to learn new products, technologies, and sales techniques.

Self-motivated with a positive, team-first attitude.

Detail-oriented and committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you are the first point of contact for many customers, helping them discover solutions that fit their laboratory's needs. Your day may include:

Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing laboratory customers through phone, email, and virtual meetings.

Identifying customer needs and recommending clinical chemistry products and solutions.

Managing a sales pipeline by prospecting, qualifying leads, and following up on opportunities.

Collaborating with field sales representatives and internal teams to support customer success.

Preparing quotes, processing orders, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from first contact through implementation.

Staying informed on clinical chemistry products, industry trends, and competitive offerings.

Meeting individual sales goals while contributing to the success of the broader team.

Maintaining accurate customer information and sales activity within the CRM system.

Note: This is a remote position; the ideal candidate will live in Pennsylvania, Delaware, New York or New Jersey.

SEKISUI offers a competitive compensation and benefits package

This is an hourly position; the anticipated compensation for this position is $31-$33/hour ($64,480-$68,640 annualized). This role qualifies for annual incentives and comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
