Job description
Inside Sales Representative - Fire Sprinkler ServiceSupport service division sales by managing inbound leads, qualifying prospects, and converting opportunities into booked projects.The pay range is $40,000-$60,000 /YR, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.Key Responsibilities:Handle incoming calls, online inquiries, and referrals.Sell fire sprinkler inspections, testing, repairs, and maintenance contracts.Prepare accurate quotes and follow-up with customers to secure deals.Collaborate with outside sales reps and service teams.Maintain updated records in CRM.Job Qualifications:2+ years inside sales/customer service experience, ideally in fire protection or technical services.Strong communication and customer relationship skills.Experience with Microsoft Office & CRM tools.NFPA knowledge a plus (training provided).
