Pay: $21.50 - $25.50 + Quarterly bonus eligibility

At Milton CAT, Inside Sales Representatives in Power Systems play a key role in supporting both customers and outside sales teams-helping deliver solutions that keep critical systems running. You'll gain hands-on experience, learn the business, and build a strong foundation for long-term growth within one of the fastest-growing areas of our company.

Support Power Systems Sales & Customers Assist customers and sales teams with parts, service, and equipment solutions
Help ensure accurate, timely responses to customer needs
Play a key role in keeping projects and operations moving
Build Your Sales & Technical Foundation Learn power generation systems, products, and applications
Develop sales, communication, and problem-solving skills
Gain exposure to a growing and evolving industry
Be Part of a Collaborative Team Work closely with outside sales, service, and parts teams
Act as a key link between customers and internal departments

Responsibilities
What You'll Do
As an Inside Sales Representative - Power Systems, you'll support sales efforts and deliver strong customer service:
Assist with customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
Support outside sales representatives with quotes, orders, and follow-up
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Process orders, track status, and ensure timely delivery
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and activity
Coordinate with service, parts, and operations teams
Prepare and follow up on sales leads and opportunities
Participate in ongoing training and development
Provide a high level of responsiveness and professionalism
Qualifications

Strong communication and customer service skills
Interest in sales and learning technical systems
Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or similar)
Team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic
(Sales, customer service, or mechanical/technical background is a plus)
