Job description
Renewal by Andersen is the custom division of Andersen Windows. Founded in 1903, Andersen Windows has been the world’s largest and most recognized brand for exclusive window and door systems. Full Time. Uncapped Bonuses. Sales Experience Preferred.
You will be contacting homeowners to discuss their window and door needs, sharing what makes our products different and scheduling in-home consultations with our sales team. This role would be a work from home, remote position.
Document and track all set appointments accurately so that all future customer demonstration and price activity is done per company standards
~ Minimum 2 years of Sales experience
~ High School diploma or equivalent
~ Sales mindset and metrics driven
~ Experience with Microsoft office, CRMs, and dialer systems preferred.
~ Must live in Tennessee to be considered for this position
20/hr with uncapped bonus structure based on appointments set.
~ Most reps average $22-$25/hr with bonuses.
PTO, paid holidays, and 401(k) with a company match.

~ 6-8 weeks of fully remote paid training
