For 25 years, we've delivered top-notch property and casualty insurance through independent agents and directly to customers. Our success is fueled by a diverse blend of thoughts, experiences, skills, and backgrounds within our team. Inside Territory Manager

Step into a role where your energy and expertise directly fuel the success of our agency partners and drive explosive growth for AssuranceAmerica. As an Inside Territory Manager you’ll be the heartbeat of our agent relationships—proactively deepening connections, solving challenges, and turning opportunities into measurable results. Positions available in McAllen, TX & Atlanta, GA only. Each day at AssuranceAmerica is different, but as Inside Territory Manager in Sales, you will:

Proactively cultivate and strengthen relationships with a designated portfolio of existing agents to drive loyalty, engagement, and revenue growth.

Act as the liaison between agents and internal teams to resolve issues, improve service quality, and ensure alignment with company goals.

Guide and manage agents to achieve sales quotas and business objectives by setting clear goals, securing commitments, and conducting follow-ups.

Execute daily outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries with a focus on deepening account relationships and driving quote/application growth.

Follow the established Model Sales Process (MSP) and sales cadence (calls, emails, texts) to increase agency adoption and production.

Overcome objections and leverage critical thinking to identify opportunities for expanding agent performance and market share.

Drive new agency onboarding by leading training sessions, ensuring product/guideline proficiency, and collaborating with field Territory Managers to achieve quote adoption.

Partner with field Territory Managers (TMs) and National Accounts teams to align strategies, share insights, and achieve collective growth targets.

Serve as backup support for sales administration, licensing tasks, and special projects as needed.

Diligently track and document all agent interactions, including discussion points, follow-up tasks, and scheduled future engagements.

Maintain a professional demeanor in all communications, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of agent requests.

Participate in regular strategy meetings with Sales leadership to refine tactics, share feedback, and adapt to evolving business needs.

Pursue professional development opportunities to enhance sales acumen, product knowledge, and relationship management skills.
