Job description
Cox Automotive is hiring an Inspections Supervisor for Manheim Portland to lead day-to-day vehicle inspection operations. In this role, you will supervise a team of inspectors, coordinate workflows, and ensure accurate, timely condition reports that meet Manheim and client standards. You will monitor productivity and quality metrics, enforce safety and compliance practices, and partner with operations, sales, and lot teams to keep vehicles flowing efficiently. You’ll coach and develop staff, resolve inspection issues, and support continuous improvement, all within Cox Automotive’s collaborative, people-first, and innovative culture.
