Construction InspectorRequirements:High School graduate or equivalent plus one-year experience in construction inspection which should be in road or bridge construction inspection.The following certifications are highly preferred:CTQP Asphalt Paving 1CTQP Concrete Field Inspector Level 1CTQP Earthwork Construction Inspection Level 1Duties:Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.Responsible for performing assignments in assisting the Senior Inspector and Roadway Inspector in the performance of their dutiesMust be able to work independently or as part of a team.Strong math skillsMust obtain FDOT Intermediate MOT certification within the first six months of the assignment.Valid Driver's licenseEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
