Job description
Inspector/Quality AssuranceThe Inspector/Quality Assurance role consists of inspection of garments for defects in screen-printing in our Production areas.Essential Functions & ResponsibilitiesScans garment to detect defects such as variations in colorExamines fabric for dropped stitches, holes, and/or stainsRemoves spots and stains from garmentsAdheres UPC labels & hangtags using tagging gunAbility to be cross trained in other areas of the Production/DCOther duties may be assignedQualificationsMust have knowledge of production processes, quality control, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.Must be able to inspect materials to identify the cause of errors or other problems or defects.Must be able to communicate in person to supervisors & co-workers.Must have the ability to listen to and understand information and ideas.CompensationCompetitive salary, commensurate with experience, and a generous benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid vacation, and 401k plan.Working ConditionsLocation: On Site- LGM Indianapolis Corporate FacilityPhysical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
