Job description
Greenwood Care in Evanston, IL is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to lead the nursing department in a specialized mental health rehabilitation setting. The role requires RN or LPN licensure in Illinois with RN preferred and offers a salary of $80k–$85k plus comprehensive benefits.
The ADON will work closely with the Director of Nursing, support hiring/training, schedule nursing staff, ensure regulatory compliance, manage budgets, and participate in on-call weekend coverage.
